At A.C.E., we provide fast and reliable air cargo solutions. While most shipments move without issue, perishable cargo may be subject to delays or handling risks. Our team will support you throughout any claim process.

1. Role & Responsibility
   A.C.E. acts as a logistics coordinator and airline liaison. Final claim determinations are made solely by the airline under their policies.
2. Claims Reporting (24 Hours)
   All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Required documentation: POD, AWB, supplier invoice, and photos of shipment condition.
3. Billing Policy
   Freight charges are separate from claims and must be paid in full. Claims cannot be deducted from invoices.
4. Credits & Accounting
   For all approved claims, an invoice for the total credit amount must be issued to A.C.E. – Air Consolidated Express to process payment. Credits must remain within the same account and cannot be applied to or offset against balances on other accounts.
5. Liability & Claims Handling
   A.C.E. operates strictly as a cargo agent. While we assist and expedite claims, A.C.E. shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay while shipments are under airline custody.
6. Insurance & Limited Liability
   Customers are strongly encouraged to insure all shipments. If insurance is declined, airline liability is limited to approximately $0.50 per pound of chargeable weight, per airline tariff rules. Insurance is highly recommended.
